1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the xck44 platform and its users. Using the services through the xck44 website, mobile version, or any other digital channel means you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all of these terms.
In these terms, "xck44", "we", and "our" refer to the xck44 platform. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any person registered on or using the services of this platform.

- Single account: Each person may hold only one account. Creating or operating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Process
When opening an account at xck44, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts created with false or misleading information will be immediately cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited.
3.2 Password & Login Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You should not share your password with anyone else. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the xck44 support team immediately.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring, or handing over an account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
xck44 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
4.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawal processing time: Usually completed within 10–45 minutes
4.3 Verification & Security
The payment method used for deposits or withdrawals must be registered in your name. Transactions using third-party accounts are prohibited. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, xck44 reserves the right to suspend or investigate any transaction.
All transactions are secured through SSL encryption. xck44 will never ask for your password, PIN, or full card number by phone or email.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on the xck44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions made in other currencies will be automatically converted to Taka and a conversion rate may apply.
5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards
5.1 Welcome Bonus
xck44 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
- ৳10,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳18,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements are met.
- Any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts or by manipulation will result in cancellation.
- xck44 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time.
- Restrictions on specific games or categories may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play
xck44 is a fair play platform. All game outcomes are determined through a neutral and random process. Users are required to follow the rules below:
- Using any automated bots, software, or tools during gameplay is prohibited.
- Attempting to win unfairly by exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the system is prohibited.
- Colluding or placing coordinated bets to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited.
- If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical issue, xck44 reserves the right to correct the difference.
In the sports betting section, outcomes of specific events are verified from official and recognised sources. xck44's decision is final in the case of disputed results.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xck44 platform:
- Creating an account with false or fraudulent information.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
- Accessing another person's account or attempting to hack.
- Attempting to damage the platform's software or systems.
- Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
- Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
- Defrauding or threatening other users.
If any of the above violations are proven, xck44 may close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action without prior notice.
8 Account Suspension & Closure

xck44 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms.
- Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
- Suspicious financial activity.
- Order from a court or regulatory authority.
8.2 Voluntary Closure
